Creative Director, Video to define how Mel Robbins looks on screen.
Video is how tens of millions of people experience Mel's work, across YouTube, The Mel Robbins Podcast, social, branded content, trailers, and future productions. We're looking for someone with exceptional visual taste who has creatively led premium productions from concept through post, and who is equally comfortable on set and in the edit.
This is a hands-on creative leadership role that runs from the first creative conversation through the final export: developing treatments, shot concepts, and visual references before cameras roll, then leading visual decision-making across production, editing, graphics, color, and finishing. You'll partner closely with directors of photography, producers, editors, and designers to execute a cohesive vision, and build the repeatable creative standards that elevate every piece of content the company produces.
